Mile High Wine Tours is Denver’s premier Wine Tour. Discover with us Denver’s burgeoning wine industry with a wine tasting adventure to some of the area’s finest wineries. Take your wine knowledge and palate to the next level with unique urban winery estate tours with dozens of different hand crafted red and white wine.
Beer aficionados already know that Colorado is one of the nation’s micro-brew capitals, but really savvy fans of fine beverages also know about its burgeoning wine industry. Although most of the state’s vineyards are on the Western Slope, you can visit about a dozen wineries and tasting rooms to sample unique award-winning vintages right in the Denver metro area.
Wine tasting tours are not only our core business: it’s also our passion. We go to great lengths to cultivate relationships with the best wineries and wine bars to create the best possible wine tasting tour experience. Due to the wonderful reviews our guests continue to give us, YELP and TripAdvisor have consistently ranked Mile High Wine Tours as a top-rated activity in the area.
The wineries you will visit throughout the day import the highest quality grapes and then handcraft, blend, and ferment all of their wines right in front of you. They range from a winery that produces wine in a can to more traditional wine making. The wines that are created at these hand crafted wineries include varietals from all reaches of the world and include rare reds, whites, and desert wines, as well as a variety of complex blends. Whether you are a beginner, novice or a wine connoisseur we have the ability to introduce you to new wines and help you find new things that perfectly accommodate your palate. Average tour times will take between 4.5 – 6 hours, we can customize pickup and drop off times for special schedules or occasions. You will taste about 30 wines on the whole tour. There is no set wine list although we will walk you through our favorites, and try to identify your particular taste. You are at will to taste whatever you like!
