Private Event Inquiry

 To move forward with your reservation please follow these 5 easy steps:


 

  1.   1. Submit an inquiry form for your private event.
  2.   2. One of our Mile High Wine Tours team members will be in touch  to provide you with an itinerary and quote for your group.
  3.   3.  Once your group decides on a proposed itinerary and quote you will receive an event contract to begin the reservation process. 
  4.   4. After receiving your signed contract with all of your group details  we will submit a non-refundable deposit to reserve your event.
  5.   5. If your guests are paying separately we can provide a link for your guest to reserve  & submit their payments individually.

Note: Final guest count, food options and final deposit is due at least a week prior to the tour date.
